3. Why we process it

Request data is used solely to pass your task to masters and to let a master contact you. Technical data is used for visit statistics and improving the site.

4. Who receives the data

The task description, city and district are visible to masters working in that area. Your contact details (phone or Telegram) are seen only by the master who accepts the request — until then the contact stays hidden.

We do not sell your data and do not pass it to third parties for marketing.

5. Storage and security

Contact details are stored encrypted. Access is limited to the service administrator and the master who accepted the request. Data is kept only as long as needed to complete the job and handle any complaints.

6. Your rights

You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, and you may withdraw your consent to processing. Send requests to [EMAIL_PODRSKA].

7. Cookies
